TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMSBy downloading, accessing, or using the Q4U
app or website, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not
use Q4U.
Q4U is operated by Get Simple Solutions LTD,
a company registered in England and Wales.
2. WHAT Q4U ISQ4U is a digital marketplace that connects
Requesters (people who want someone to queue
for them) with Queuers (people who queue on
their behalf in exchange for payment).
Q4U provides the platform and payment
infrastructure. We are not a party to the
queuing arrangement itself — that is an
agreement between the Requester and Queuer.
3. ELIGIBILITYTo use Q4U you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be located in the United Kingdom

  • Have the legal right to enter into a

  • binding contract

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Queuers must additionally:

  • Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom

  • Complete our identity verification process before accepting their first job

4. USER ACCOUNTSYou are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Providing accurate information at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
accounts that violate these terms or that
we believe pose a risk to the platform or
other users.
5. REQUESTERSAs a Requester you agree to:

  • Only post genuine requests for queue holding

  • Pay the bounty amount you have committed to

  • Arrive at the venue at the agreed time to take over the queue position

  • Complete the handoff process using the in-app QR code or selfie verification

  • Not cancel requests repeatedly or unreasonably

When you post a request a holding charge
is placed on your payment method. This is
captured upon successful job completion.
If you cancel after a Queuer has accepted
your request a cancellation fee may apply.
6. QUEUERSAs a Queuer you agree to:

  • Only accept jobs you are genuinely able to complete

  • Arrive at the venue at the agreed time

  • Submit an arrival photo confirming your presence in the queue

  • Remain in position until the Requester arrives

  • Complete the handoff process using the in-app QR code or selfie verification

  • Not misrepresent your position in the queue

  • Not accept jobs you do not intend to complete

Payment is released to your account upon
successful job completion and handoff
verification. Payments are processed within
2-3 business days via Stripe Connect.
7. PLATFORM FEESQ4U charges a platform fee on each
transaction. The current fee structure is
displayed at the time of posting a request.
Fees are subject to change with reasonable
notice.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSRequesters:

  • Cancellation before a Queuer accepts — full refund, no fee

  • Cancellation after a Queuer accepts — partial refund, cancellation fee applies

  • No-show by Requester — no refund

Queuers:

  • Cancellation before arrival at venue — no penalty for first cancellation, repeated ncellations may result in account suspension

  • Abandoning a job after arrival — may result in account suspension

8. DISPUTESIf a dispute arises between a Requester
and Queuer, contact us at
[email protected]. We will
review the available evidence including
arrival photos, QR scan records, and
location data to reach a fair resolution.
Q4U's decision on disputes is final.9. PROHIBITED CONDUCTYou must not use Q4U to:

  • Post or accept fraudulent requests

  • Misrepresent your location or position in a queue

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

  • Attempt to circumvent our payment system

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

10. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONQueuers are required to complete identity
verification before accepting their first
job. This is to confirm identity and right
to work status in the United Kingdom.
Failure to complete verification will
prevent you from accepting jobs.
11. RATINGS AND REVIEWSAfter each completed job both parties may
leave a rating and review. Reviews must
be honest and based on genuine experience.
We reserve the right to remove reviews
that violate our policies.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYQ4U and all associated content, branding,
and technology are owned by Get Simple
Solutions LTD. You may not copy, reproduce,
or distribute any part of Q4U without
our written permission.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYQ4U provides a platform to connect users.
We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct of Requesters or Queuers

  • Any loss or damage arising from use of the platform

  • Failure to obtain entry to an event or venue

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability to you shall not
exceed the value of the transaction
in dispute.
14. GOVERNING LAWThese terms are governed by the laws of
England and Wales. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England and Wales.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMSWe may update these terms from time to time.
We will notify you of significant changes
via the app or email. Continued use of Q4U
after changes constitutes acceptance of
the updated terms.

  • Send job-related notifications

  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform safety

  • Meet our legal obligations

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONQueuers are required to complete identity
verification before accepting their first job.
This process is conducted by our third-party
verification provider and involves:

  • Submitting a government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence)

  • Completing a liveness check (selfie)

  • Confirming right to work status in the UK

Identity documents are processed securely
by our verification provider. We do not
store copies of your identity documents
on our own servers. We retain verification
status and results to maintain platform
integrity.
This verification is required by Q4U to
ensure all Queuers receiving payment are
legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.

5. PAYMENTSAll payment processing is handled by Stripe,
Inc. When you make or receive payments through
Q4U, your financial data is processed by
Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy
(stripe.com/privacy). Q4U does not store
your full card details.
Requesters: A holding charge is placed when
a request is posted and captured on successful
job completion.
Queuers: Payouts are processed via Stripe
Connect within 2-3 business days of job
completion.
6. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITHWe share data only where necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing and payouts

  • Identity verification provider — Queuer identity and right to work checks

  • Between users — your display name, rating, and profile photo are visible to other users during a job

We do not sell your personal data to
third parties.
7. DATA RETENTIONWe retain your personal data for as long
as your account is active. If you close
your account we will delete your personal
data within 30 days, except where we are
required to retain it for legal or financial
compliance purposes (typically 7 years for
financial records).
8. YOUR RIGHTSUnder UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to processing of your data

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time
